On Sunday, June 2 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Alpharetta’s award-winning mixed-use destination Avalon invites the community to participate in the second annual Savor the Boulevard, Atlanta’s largest outdoor dinner party. Avalon Boulevard will be transformed into the ultimate foodie haven, bringing friends, neighbors, and strangers alike to the over 400-foot table.
The al fresco dining experience under the stars welcomes guests to enjoy exclusive four-course prix fixe menus with delightful drink pairings from Avalon’s famed collection of restaurants.
Savor the Boulevard combines 10 of Avalon’s chef-driven eateries into one immersive dining experience, offering a variety of savory dishes ranging from tex-mex to classic Southern fare and more. To reserve a seat at Savor the Boulevard, guests can purchase tickets to dine on one of the specialty menus from participating restaurants, including: Branch & Barrel, Colletta, Cru Food & Wine Bar, Goldberg’s, Kona Grill, Oak Steakhouse, Rumi’s Kitchen, South City Kitchen Avalon, Ted’s Montana Grill, and The El Felix.
Each restaurant will have its own themed table, allowing guests to enjoy a personalized, curated experience in a setting like nothing else. The tables will be beautifully adorned with handcrafted arrangements and place settings as part of a Designer’s Showcase in which florists and designers will partner with participating restaurants and compete to create the best tablescape. Attendees will vote for their favorite table décor via social media and a winner will be crowned at the end of the evening.
This one-of-a-kind culinary celebration begins with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. as dinner guests are greeted with a refreshing, complimentary craft cocktail. At 6:45 p.m., guests will take their seats followed by a grand welcoming toast at 7 p.m. Throughout the evening, a live DJ will provide music and entertainment.
Additionally, attendees are encouraged to extend their Savor the Boulevard experience. The Hotel at Avalon is offering a special promo code to guests for discounted room rates per night.
Proceeds from Savor the Boulevard will benefit The Giving Kitchen, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emergency assistance to restaurant workers through financial support and an established network of community resources. During Savor the Boulevard’s inaugural year, Avalon donated $5,000 to The Giving Kitchen.
Tickets for Savor the Boulevard range from $100-$130 depending on the restaurant selection and will go on sale May 1. Interested attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets quickly as seats are limited.
