Blue Island

The Salvation Army Crossgenerations Worship and Community Center: 2700 Burr Oak Ave. — A Decoration Day party will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. May 16 in the Bingo Room. The musical guest will be John Narcissi. Ice cream and soda will be provided. Bring a snack to share. Patriotic dress encouraged. A Taco Sale Fundraiser will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. May 19. Immanuel United Church of Christ: 9815 S. Campbell — Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” will be presented as part of Mozart for Millennials at 2 p.m. May 5. Interactive coloring sheets and snacks will be provided for children ready to learn how to attend live music concerts. Child care for younger children will be provided.
