Old Town

Let’s start off with an updated vintage penthouse and private rooftop at 424 W. Eugenie Street. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large spacious living room with a gas fireplace, and a kitchen with a small outdoor deck. This unit has rights to the rooftop, but it’ll need some sprucing up. The bedrooms are a decent size and each have a nice closet with built-ins. Asking price is $670,000 and HOA fees are $223/month.

Lakeview

This 30th floor condo at 3930 N. Pine Grove Avenue has panoramic views of the lakefront, tons of room, and two balconies. While the decor needs a bit of an update, the combined three units creates a unique layout. The full service building has a 24-hour doorman, newly updated pool, sundeck, tennis courts, basketball court, and gym. It’s listed for $675,000 and HOA fees are $2,629/month.

Little Italy

A stylish three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom duplex feels more like a family home than a condo. The recently updated home at 1033 S. Racine Avenue features an all white kitchen, a light-filled master bedroom with a steam shower, and an outdoor deck. Take this off the market for $665,000. HOA fees are $230/month.

Logan Square

Close to The 606, these digs offer three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, three floors of living space and a furnished rooftop deck. The townhome has tons of natural light plus a bonus family room on the first floor. The open kitchen and living room leads out onto a patio and all the bedrooms are upstairs. This home at 2001 N. Albany also just had a $30K price drop—get it now for $670,000. HOA fees are $200/month.

Downtown

Finally, head downtown to the Metropolitan Tower at 310 S. Michigan for this 1,600-square-foot condo. It offers two bedrooms, three bathrooms, hardwood floors, crown molding, high-end appliances, and a wine fridge. The original floorplan had three bedrooms, but the owners opened up the walls to create a separate dining room. The historic building has a 24-hour doorman, rooftop, gym, and party room. It’s listed for $675,000 with HOA fees at $1,331.
