America’s second-largest mall is welcoming four new retailers.
Aventura Mall, located on Biscayne Boulevard (U.S.1) in Aventura, just south of the Broward County line, announced it is adding four new lifestyle brands to its lineup of more than 300 stores and more than 50 eateries:
— Already open is PAIGE, maker of “premium denim jeans and pieces that celebrate life,” according to a news release. Founded in 2005 Los Angeles by designer Paige Adams-Geller, the chain sells apparel for men and women, including denim pieces as well as shirts, pants, dresses, jackets and more.
As the only female founder in the denim industry, Adams-Geller continues to “challenge convention and infuse her colorful spirit and chic sensibility to every collection she designs,” her company’s website says.
The new location is the company’s only Florida store and is located on the mall’s lower level, next to Zara.
— Coming in April, CAMILLA is a clothing line founded in 2004 by Camilla Franks, an Australian designer and artist. Every piece is hand-cut, every crystal is applied with precision, and every print is placed by hand, the brand’s website says. “The brand’s vibrant and bespoke bohemian lifestyle offering captures the boundless creativity and love of travel that led Camilla to follow her heart to far away cities and off-the-beaten path communities, inspiring her to create her hand-crafted pieces,” the release says.
Located on the lower level of the Nordstrom Wing, the store will feature men’s, women’s and children’s attire, swimsuits, accessories and home collections. It will be the designer’s first eponymous store in the United States.
— Also coming in April, Vince sells luxury apparel “inspired by its California origins” that embody “warm effortless style, iconic essentials and modern luxury,” the release says.
Products for men and women include tops, sweaters, shoes, handbags, fragrances, beauty products, and home decor. Vince will be located on the lower level of the Nordstrom Wing.
— Finally, MESSIKA sells modern diamond jewelry intended to make women feel “freer and more beautiful,” the release said. It was founded in Paris in 2005 and is run by Valerie Messika, daughter of famous diamond merchant Andre Messika.
The chain sells rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings created with “lightness and finesse” and minimalist design that decorates skin “with the sensuality of a tattoo,” the release says.
MESSIKA will open its first American boutique this summer on the mall’s lower level next to David Yurman.
