A breath of fresh Aire

Impressions The Home Builder’s Aire display is awash with cool, calming Scandinavian decor and design.

Functionality and minimalism are the name of the game both outside and in, with the contemporary front elevation exuding a subtle sophistication via modern lines, feature face brick, timber-look cladding and a verandah with a raked ceiling.

Step inside and the stylish four-bedroom, two-bathroom design will delight with its pared-back and ‘less is more’ approach to interior decoration.

Blonde timber, milky whites, powdery pink pastels and pops of forest green populate the light and bright interior, which, in tandem with the layout, affords the display an element of volume, according to Impressions The Home Builder Sales Manager Rhys Watters.

“Adorned with Scandi-inspired interiors, this 279sqm home design incorporates a luxury kitchen with an integrated scullery overlooking a bright open-plan living area,” he said.

“Its layout has wide appeal, especially with those in want of a flexible floor plan, which feels spacious and bright and has great integration with the outdoors.

“Rather than having a traditional alfresco at the back of the home, we opted for a central alfresco accessed through double sliding doors, which maximises the sense of openness and natural light coming through the main living area.”

In addition to the alfresco area at the home’s epicentre, a second courtyard can be found just outside the master bedroom.

Complete with an outside freestanding bath, timber decking, seating and room for some foliage, this courtyard rounds out a heavenly parents’ retreat, with the resort-style master also boasting a walk-in robe, double shower and a double vanity in the ensuite with Essastone benchtops and undermount washbasins.

Mr Watters said flexibility was an important consideration from a design perspective, as it allowed Impressions’ homes to adapt to different lifestyles and budgets.

“The Aire’s master bedroom features a nursery, which was specifically designed as a versatile space that can be modified into a home office or even an additional walk-in robe as the needs of a family change over time,” he said.

“Quality, style and comfort are at the foundation of every Impressions home, and in the Aire they combine to create a versatile floor plan which is all about relaxed family living with an added touch of luxury.”

At the rear of the design is the children’s wing, which includes three minor bedrooms, each generously sized and with a built-in robe.

The main bathroom can also be found here, complete with a freestanding bath, Essastone benchtops and stylish mixer tapware.

“This home is perfect for growing families and upsizers, as well as those looking for a fresh take on a 15m-wide frontage design,” Mr Watters said.

The display is located in Treeby and is open for viewing Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-5pm, Saturdays from 1-5pm and Sundays from 12-5pm.
